Fanty is a meticulous recreation of Fantasmagorie, the first ever hand-drawn animation. The process began with each scene being carefully redrawn by hand, frame by frame, staying true to the original’s unique style. These hand-drawn frames were then digitized and enhanced using various software tools, ensuring that every detail and effect matched the iconic animation perfectly. The final step involved compiling the frames in Vegas PRO to produce a smooth, updated animation, while maintaining the integrity of the original.

At this stage, I focus on refining the visual flow of the animation. Even though the drawings are hand-made, I adjust them slightly to ensure smooth transitions and maintain the surreal, expressive spirit of Fantasmagorie.

- Add subtle motion effects (shakes, flickers)
- Clarify gestures and improve rhythm
